Provenio ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our platform, including our blockchain-based asset tracking services.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, mint a digital twin, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, and wallet address. We also collect certain technical information automatically, such as your IP address and device information.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, and ensure the security of our platform. Because our services are built on Hyperledger Fabric, some information (like asset IDs and ownership transfers) is recorded permanently on the ledger.
We employ a specialized PII Manager that strips sensitive personal data from transactions before they are recorded on the ledger. Hashed identifiers are stored on-chain, while the original data is handled in accordance with regional regulations like GDPR.
